(Champaign–jc)  The University of Illinois women’s softball team got a come from behind win on Wednesday. The Illini beat Southeast Missouri State 9 to 8.

Westville Tiger and now Illini player Eileen Donahue had 4 RBI’s and a homerun in the contest.

 

(Gordyville-dg)-Big news for Illini Basketball was heard last night at the Coaches vs Cancer event at Gordyville USA. Jake Davis, Tomislav Ivasic and Zvladimir Ivasic announced that they would be back for another year at Illinois. Each announcement received a standing ovation. Earlier in the day, via social media, David Mirkovic announced he too, would be returning for another year with the Fighting Illini.
