The Buckley Dutchmasters split with the Danville Dirtbags on Sunday at Carl Gruber Field in Danville. The host Dirtbags won a slug fest in game one 16 to 12 and the Dutchmasters came back to win the night cap 11 to 1. The Paxton Swedes won two from the Royal Giants on Sunday by scores of 14 ro 1 and 3 to 2. The Buckley Dutchmasters are leading the regular season with an 8 and 2 record. Royal is one game back at 7 and 3 and the Paxton Swedes are in third place at 6 and 4. The Royal Giants are in Buckley next Sunday for a double header of league leaders. The Paxton Swedes have a Sunday bye.

Home state favorite Chase Elliott passed Brad Keselowski on the final lap and won the crash filled NASCAR Cup Series at Atlanta Saturday night for his 20th career victory.
