The University of Illinois football program has 21 new players as of yesterday. It was national signing day. A handful of the recruits are from Illinois and they include Mt Zion's Braden Trimble and Grant Smith from Maroa Forsyth. The class ranks in the top 50 in the nation and is one of the highest rated classes for Illinois.
