Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone demolished the field to win the gold in the 400m hurdles.

 

Grant Holloway dominated in the 110 hurdles for the gold medal

 

Tara Davis-Woodhull won the gold in the long jump.

E. I. Baseball

The E. I. Baseball Championship series will be played this weekend. The best of 3 series starts on saturday at 2pm in Paxton with the host Swedes taking on the Buckley Dutchmasters who were the Regular season champions.  On Sunday, Buckley will play host starting at 1pm. 

 

On Sunday its NASCAR Cup Series racing with the Cook Out 400 from Richmond with a 4pm start time.
