The Illinois women's basketball team's conference opponents for the 2023-24 Big Ten regular season have been announced

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The Illinois women's basketball team's conference opponents for the 2023-24 Big Ten regular season have been announced by the league office. The announcement revealed the first details of the Fighting Illini's schedule in Year 2 under head coach Shauna Green.Each of the conference's 14 programs will again face an 18-game Big Ten slate, playing two games (home and away) against five teams, and single matchups against the remaining eight programs – four home and four away. Illinois will play home and road contests against Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska and Northwestern. Illini fans can catch the Orange and Blue host Minnesota, Ohio State, Rutgers and Wisconsin inside State Farm Center as well. Illinois will hit the road for its lone matchups against Iowa, Michigan State, Penn State and Purdue this coming season. The 2022-23 Big Ten Conference Women's Basketball season will culminate with the 31st Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament, which will be held at the Target Center in Minneapolis for the second straight year.

Admission is $15 for adults. Veterans $5, and kids 12 and under are free. Next week is $5 Fan appreciation night with a full show and fireworks.
