In the final NCAA AP Basketball poll before Selection Sunday, Houston remains at #1. UCLA climbed 2 spots to #2, Kansas is at #3 followed by Alabama and Purdue. Marquette, Texas, Arizona, Gonzaga, and Baylor round out the top ten. Indiana is the only other Big Ten team in the top 25 at #19.
