The Orlando Magic had the first pick in the NBA Draft last night, and made a surprise pick in taking Paolo Banchero from Duke instead of the highly coveted pick in 7 footer Chet Holmgren from Gonzaga.  Holmgren was taken second by the Oklahoma City Thunder. Auburn Forward Jabari Smith Jr. was taken 3rd by the Houston Rockets. Big Ten players to get drafted in the first round were Iowa Forward Keegan Murray at number 4, Purdue Guard Jaden Ivey was taken 5th. Wisconsin Guard Johnny Davis was drafted 10th, and Malaki Branham from Ohio State was taken 20th.

 

(Nascar-tr) – The next Nascar Cup Series Race will be the Ally 400 at the Nashville Speedway. Nascar Cup Series Driver Kyle Busch says he hopes the track this year will widen out so there's more room to race…

Dirt Track racing at its best is back in action tonight at the Farmer City Raceway. See the best in Late Models, Modifieds, Pro Lates,  Street Stocks and Pro-Mods and kids- mods. Racing gets underway at 7:30pm. Admission is $12 for adults. Veterans $5, and kids 12 and under are free.
