(Chicago-cf)-- Chicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu suffered a few injuries over the weekend against the Kansas City Royals. Abreu and Hunter Dozier collided at the first base line on Friday. Abreu played on Sunday, and suffered an ankle injury after a play at the plate to win the game for the Sox. The organization is not going to rush Abreu back into the already beat up lineup.
