(WPXN-cf)-- With the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the NCAA has made the decision to relocate the 2021 March Madness Tournament. The tournament originally scheduled to take place at 13 sites, they will be moving it to a central location. The organization announced that they are in talks with Indiana and the city of Indianapolis to host the entire 68 team event from March to April. 

 

 

(WPXN-cf)-- The University of Illinois Men’s Basketball program will open the season during the Thanksgiving Holiday. The round robin MTE or Multi Team will start Nov. 25 and end Nov. 27 at the State Farm Center in Champaign. The games are: 

Illinois vs North Carolina A&T- Nov. 25

Illinois vs Wright State-Nov.26

Illinois vs Ohio-Nov. 27
