Illinois Basketball will host a four team Multi-Team-Event in Champaign Nov. 25-27

The Atlanta Braves took game 2 of the National League Division Series by beating the Dodgers 8-7. They lead the Series 2-0.

 

The Tampa Bay Rays are one game away from the World Series after they beat the Astros 5-2.

 

 

(Chicago-cf)-- The search is on for a new skipper on the south side, after the Chicago White Sox fired Rick Rentria. Bruce Bochey, former manager of the San Francisco Giants said he “would listen” to the White Sox on a potential job. Bochey is noted for being at the helm of the last “dynasty” as he and the Giants won three World Series Titles from 2010 to 2014.

 

Tuesday Night Football Scores:

The Tennessee Titans defeated the Buffalo Bills 42-16. QB Ryan Tannehill threw 4 touchdowns for the Titans. 

 

 

(Urbana-cf)-- With the uncertainty in sports this year due to COVID-19, there are some answers coming to the surface on NCAA basketball. Illinois will host a four team MTE or Multi-Team-Event in Champaign Nov. 25-27. The four teams include Wright State, Ohio, AND North Carolina AT.  The U of I has not officially confirmed this schedule but they should once contracts are signed. Illinois will also play Baylor in the Jimmy V Classic in Orlando Dec. 2nd. There is no official word on the Braggin’ Rights Game at this time.
