Alec Mills Pitches No-Hiiter in 12-0 Cubs win

Alec Mills pitched the first no-hitter for the Chicago Cubs since Jake Arretia’s outing in 2016. The Cubs beat the Brewers 12-0. 

 

The Cincinnati Reds won the rubber match yesterday afternoon against the St. Louis Cardinals 10-5.

 

Eloy Jimenez homered yesterday afternoon for the White Sox who bet the Tigers 5-2.

The Chicago Bears came back in the fourth quarter yesterday against the Detroit Lions. Mitchell Trubisky threw 3 TD’s and the Bears won 27-23. 

 

Aaron Rodgers threw for 364 yards and 4 TD’s yesterday afternoon as the Packers beat the Vikings 43-34.

 

The Indianapolis Colts came up short against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Phillip Rivers threw for 363 yards and 1 TD as the Colts lost 27-20.

It was released on Saturday that Big Ten presidents could potentially vote within the next 72 hours to start the season. That vote could be released this afternoon.
