(Washington-cf)-- The Washington Football Team, will now be the new name of the once Washington Redskins. The team has made the temporary name change for the 2020 season. Washington will keep the same team colors, burgundy and gold, and will replace the old logo on their helmets to the player's number. 

 

 

(Chicago-cf)-- The Chicago Bears have made a roster change. The Bears released Tight End Ben Braunecker(BREW-NECKER) yesterday afternoon. Braunecker played three seasons with the Bears, and totaled 6 receptions for 142 yards last season. 

 

 

(MLB-cf)-- The MLB voted yesterday afternoon to expand the playoffs due to the COVID season. There will now be 16 teams in the playoffs rather than the usual 8 teams.

Tonight at the Farmer City Raceway it's the 10th annual Jr. Kimler Memorial race with $3 thousand dollars to win for Late Models plus a full show. Gates open at 4pm, Hot laps at 6:30pm, Qualifying at 7pm and racing gets underway at 7:30pm. Admission is $12 for adults, veterans get in for $5, and kids 12 and under are free.
