MLB Season still in limbo

After a meeting on Wednesday, it was believed that there would be an agreement on a 60 game MLB schedule. Talks resumed Thursday with the players’ association asking for a 70 game season with a few changes. The players Wednesday said they viewed MLB's proposed 60-game schedule as too short. The plan was immediately rejected by MLB commissioner Rob Manfred.

 

Dirt Track racing gets back to action tonight at the Farmer City Raceway. See the best in Late Models, Modifieds, Pro Lates, and Street Stocks. Hot laps at 6:30, qualifying at 7:00, Racing gets underway at 7:30pm. Admission is $12 for adults. Veterans $5, and kids 12 and under are free.
