(Bloomington--jc The waiting game on summer contact days continues with officials with the Illinois High School  Association. The high school sports legislation group was set to announce guidelines last week and postponed the announcement to Monday. No information was released yesterday. The new timetable for summer contact days for high school sports is now set for 3-30 this afternoon.

 

 

(Rantoul--jc)  --  Rantoul Recreation officials say registration for Little League runs through Friday.  Those interested may do so online at my-rantoul-dot-com. You may also call the Rantoul Recreation Department at 217-893-5700.  The fee is 20 dollars per kid for all leagues.

 

 

(Bristol--jc)  -- In Nascar’s Xfinity race from Bristol on Monday, Noah Gragson went to victory lane. The next Xfinity race is set for Saturday afternoon from Atlanta Motor Speedway. The race has a 3pm broadcast start on WPXN.
