Illini vs ODU Halftime Update-- 

 

The Illini came out of the gate firing on all cylinders scoring 7 straight points in the first 18 seconds of the game. ODU went 1-11 from the field to start but ended up making 5 straight shots in order to close the gap 18-13 early. Both teams hit a wall in the scoring column as there were 5 straight minutes without a point. Alan Griffin has hit some big shots to extend the lead for the Illini, as well as Kofi dominating in the post per usual. Kofi is also a free throw shooting machine. The Illini need to come out of the locker room at the half and make sure they play another 20 minutes of good basketball to blow this game open.
