Last night the U of I Fighting Illini were all on the watch of the commitment of Adam Miller. Miller, a blue-chipper originally from the Peoria area, but has played his high school career in Morgan Park where he has won a state title with Ayo Dosunmu, and both he and Miller played AAU ball with the Mac Irvin Fire.
Miller gave Illinois a verbal commitment last night at the Jordan Brand Store in Chicago, where Dosunmu signed his letter of intent to play with the Illini. The Illini beat Arizona and Louisville.
Miller although he verbally committed, has not signed a letter of intent to play with any college yet. Miller would bring scoring to the Illini, and much needed scoring. Miller has averaged 51 PPG for the Mac Irvin Fire AAU team during his tenure. Miller has also played for Team USA, and left his mark there as well.
Adam Miller is a massive get for the Illini and Brad Underwood, which if signed, would bring next seasons recruiting class to 11th in he nation with the signing of Andre Curbelo. I will follow Miller closely and see if he does sign that letter of intent with the Illini.
