(Urbana)-- The early signing period was fruitful for the Fighting Illini Football program. The Illini signed two local products, GCMS RB Aiden Laughry, and IW Offensive Lineman Clayton Leonard. Some of the headliners for the class this season include LB Jarod Baddie, and Safety Elijah Mc-Contos.
(Chicago)-- The Chicago Bears added another player to the COVID list Wednesday Afternoon. Rookie Right Tackle Larry Borom tested positive and joins 5 other players on the list. They have all been ruled out for Monday Night’s game against the Vikings.
(St. Louis)-- Former St. Louis Cardinals Manager Mike Schildt has been hired to work in the MLB Commissioner's office. Schildt will work in the on-field operations department.
