Illinois Quarterback Brandon Peters says he'll play one more year

(Urbana-cf)-- Two more Fighting Illini Football players will be entering the NFL Draft. Offensive Lineman Kendrick Green and Linebacker Milo Eifler have announced that they will declare for the NFL Draft. 

 

 

(Chicago-cf)-- The Chiago Blackhaws have suffered another hit to the roster. Center and Captain Jonathon Towes(TAVES) released a statement on his medical condition. Towes says he has been experiencing symptoms that have left him “drained and lethargic.” Towes will be out indefinitely while more medical evaluations are performed. The news comes days after Kirby Dach(DOCK) had wrist surgery and will miss the entire season, and Alex Nylander(KNEE-LANDER) will miss 4 to 6 months with a knee injury.

Peters missed time last season after contracting COVID-19 which gave Isaiah Williams a chance to start a few games. Peters knows that nothing's guaranteed, and that he will have to compete for the job…
