(Green Bay-cf)-- The Chicago Bears suffered their 5th straight loss of the season last night losing 41-25 to Green Bay. Quarterback Mitch Trubuisky threw three touchdowns in his first start since week 3 against Atlanta. 

 

(Indianapolis-jm) -- The Tennessee Titans dismantled the Indianapolis Colts 45-26 to take sole possession of 1st place in the AFC south. 

 

(Detroit-jm) -- The Detroit Lions fired head coach Matt Patricia after their Thanksgiving loss to the Houston Texans. Patricia, in his 3rd year with the organization, was 13-29-1. Offensive Coordinator Darrell Bevell will take over the interim coaching duties this Sunday when they take on the Chicago Bears.

 

College Football

Alabama remains the top team in the AP poll. Notre Dame, Ohio State, Clemson and Texas A&M round out the top 5. Other Big Ten teams ranked include Indiana at #10, Northwestern at #16, Wisconsin at #18 and Iowa at #24.

 

Illinois was supposed to take on the 3rd rank Buckeyes of Ohio State last Saturday at Memorial Stadium however, late Friday, Ohio State canceled the game citing positive Coronavirus cases. The Illini take on Iowa this Saturday at home.
