Chase Daniel will start at quarterback in London against the Oakland Raiders for the Chicago Bears as a replacement for injured Mitchell Trubisky, and linebacker Roquan Smith has rejoined the team at practice with the intent of playing against the Raiders. Smith missed Sunday's win over the Minnesota Vikings for what the team had called a "personal issue."
