Former NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr., his wife and daughter were hospitalized and released after their plane crashed in east Tennessee Thursday afternoon. NBC Sports says the family and 2 pilots were discharged from the hospital. The crash is still being investigated. Earnhardt was scheduled to be part of the NBC broadcast team for Saturday night’s race at Bristol. The network says he will skip the race to be with his family before returning to the broadcast booth at Darlington next month.

 

Tonight it’s Dirt track racing at the Farmer City Raceway. See the best in Late Models, Modifieds, Pro Lates, Street Stocks and B-Mods. Gates open at 4pm. Admission is $12 for adults. Veterans get in for $5. Kids 12 and under are free.

 

Tonight on WPXN it’s Xfinity racing with the Food City 300 at 6pm.
